Basic Packages -
Basic packages DOES NOT include setup. These packages are more budget friendly but requires the customer to complete their own setup. PreSetup is an option but requires an additional fee due for the owner’s time to complete customer’s setup.
Unlike Full Event Packages, Basic Packages CAN NOT be customized. The items in each package are what you can expect. Customers are welcome to add on additional items at the price listed on the website.
Full Event Packages -
Full Event Packages include full setup. Package pricing is based off of the cost to rent each item listed in package but at a discounted rate, the fee for time spent to setup, but at a discounted rate and if the event is held at either Owners Venue or one the Owners referred venues, then it includes the cost of the hall. These packages can be customized TO A CERTAIN EXTENT and is the discretion of the owner.
Hall Rental Hours -
Hours listed on the website that’s included in the package is considered your “party time”. Ex., if your event is 7p-10p, this means that all guests have to be out. If you’ve booked a Basic Package or Venue Rental then you are responsible for full cleanup, this means that we expect to receive the Venue back looking the same we gave it to you. This is a requirement to receive your incidental fee back. You are given a free 30 minute time frame to exit the Venue. If you think you’ll need more time you MUST include this when booking.
If you’ve booked a Full Event Package you are not required to do a full cleanup, it is only expected of you to remove food plates(not charger plates) drinks, gifts Etc., that you intend to take with you, any food and/sweets from food/sweets tables. We will take care of all other cleanup. The same cleanup time applies. If your event is 7p-10p, all guests including your DJ, must be out of the venue by 10:30p. If you think you’ll need extra time, please also inform management when booking your event so that we may add this additional fee for the extra time. You also risk loosing your incidental fee is you go over your time.
Booking At Other Halls -
When booking at other halls, please ensure that we have enough time to set up for your event. Please confirm the time that will be required for your set up with management prior to booking your hall. Example, if you have a 100 person event we will require at least 4 hours set up for this, we want to ensure that we are completely done with our set up and out of the hall before guest arrive. **TRAVEL & SETUP WILL BE ADDED TO ALL TRAVEL EVENTS**
Incidental Fee -
Incidental fees are the same as any other incidental fee at your local hotel or car rental. Incidental fees are put in place to ensure that none of our inventory is broken or missing, everyone exits the venue on time, event planners or customers completes clean up after events Etc., if you have hired an outside event planner, please ensure that you and your event planner have discussed who will be responsible for cleanup at the end of your event. Incidental fees are non-negotiable and are put in place with every booking, no exceptions. With full event packages, you are not required to assist with cleanup, but if your event ends at 10p and you or your guest are still there at 10:32p (you are allowed 30 minutes clean up) you will lose your incidental fee. Please keep in mind that we do sometimes double book events, and we have to have these measures in place so that we are allowed enough time to set up for our next event.
